GSMAR Installation & Awards Night at the Oscars Join us for a glamorous evening of celebration and sparkle on Saturday, January 10th, 2026, kicking off at 6:00 PM at the Great Smoky Mountains Association of REALTORS®! This is more than an event, it's our cherished chance to unite as a family, honoring the heart, hustle and volunteer spirit that make GSMAR thrive, while forging deeper connections that propel us forward. 

Event Highlights:

 ● 6:00–7:00 PM: Reception & Cocktail Hour – Mingle with melodies, appetizers, specialty cocktails, hors devours, photos, outdoor heated cigar lounge and a cash bar to toast new beginnings. 

● 7:00 PM Onward: Main Gala – Indulge in a delectable buffet dinner & dessert, witness the Installation of New Officers, Committee Member Recognitions, star-studded Awards Presentation, bid on treasures at the Silent Auction, and dance the night away to lively tunes. The Oscar goes to: Realtor of the Year, Maude Gregory, Rookie of the Year & Affiliate of the Year and YOU!  Dress to Impress: Black tie optional – think red carpet ready!
